Execution of Customer OrdersΒ
Focused on the company's products, such as robotic drilling, inspection, and guidance systems.
Responsibilities include developing measurement plans, robot simulation, metrology, system setups, and customer-facing activities (e.g., demonstrations, training, support).
This aspect of the role is hands-on, often involving travel and long hours, with on-the-job training.
Digital Product Engineering:
Involves product development, specifically CAD and simulation.
Initial tasks will include overseeing the manufacture of specific company products and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth and Adoption:
Support the business's growth by driving the adoption of the company's technology and delivering standard products to the market.
Customer-Facing Activities:
Engage with customers through demonstrations, training, technical support, and project coordination.
First-line support for customers until the system is accepted.
Technical Liaison:
Serve as a technical contact with suppliers, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and operational.
Best Practices Development:
Update and share best practices for using the company's equipment internally and externally.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate various phases of projects to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ancillary Responsibilities:
Pre-sales support through simulations and demos.
Product testing and debugging.
Participation in new R&D programs.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar applicable subject.
Proficient in English.
Driving license.
Desirable:
Knowledge and experience with CAD/simulation.
Practical competence with both tools and computers.
Good presentation skills.
