What you’ll do
Your main role on projects will be a Project Analyst, supporting the Lead to conduct research and analysis, plus working on the final deliverable. As you progress, you will increasingly be expected to manage projects and update clients on how the project is progressing. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Gathering and analysing data
Developing presentations and client deliverables
Researching industry trends
Investigating and appraising data sources
Interacting with clients
Putting together client presentations
About you

Very strong academic background from leading university (minimum 2:1 in your first degree or equivalent)
Highly analytical, comfortable thinking through problems and good at structuring answers whilst focusing on root causes of challenges to deliver insightful and sustainable solutions
Proactive and self-starting individual who can take ownership of their work and drive outcomes across a team
Capable of contributing to a collaborative and cohesive team environment
Excellent communication skills with highly developed writing ability
Creative thinker, with an entrepreneurial spirit
Interest in, familiarity with, or even previous experience in digital industries and technology

Salary expectations
This role has a starting base salary of £40,000, with a performance-based bonus. We review salaries every 6 months based on performance reviews. Consultants that are on track with their development at 6-monthly reviews can expect a salary increase (c. 10%).
