What You’ll Do:

• Own the product lifecycle for external applications, from ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve the product.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for intuitive, scalable, and high-impact solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
