WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Owner who excels at enabling teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering clear value through structured product management practices. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership experience with a keen understanding of analytics, process design, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience in e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments is highly desirable. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess current practices, identify opportunities, and define a clear roadmap for continuous improvement while enabling faster onboarding and better business continuity.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:


Reporting to our Resource Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will initially work from our client’s local office 2-3 days a week.Β  As the Product Owner, you will drive clarity, alignment, and operational efficiency across teams by shaping how product work is delivered and scaled. Your impact will be felt in how quickly teams onboard, how effectively they execute, and how confidently they adapt to changeβ€”all guided by a clear, strategic roadmap and a foundation of best practices that you help establish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success managing and evolving product portfolio and/or driving product vision/strategy and team enablement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in workflow/process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with product management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week in a hybrid setting.
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deeply understand customer needs, product analytics, and client vision to drive product goals and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact.
  • Provide product ownership expertise and best practices to support team execution post-onboarding.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current tools, workflows, and pain points to identify inefficiencies.
  • Define and prioritize initiatives for feature enhancements, process redesign, and operational improvements.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and team capacity.
  • Develop a knowledge repository of standard operating procedures, best practices, and key resources.
  • Build a standardized onboarding checklist and targeted training materials to ensure smooth transitions and business continuity.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to align product goals with cross-functional needs, strategy, and roadmaps while ensuring scalable delivery. Champion continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain operations.
  • Foster a metric driven environment that encourages quality, efficiency, and sets high standards for product success.
  • Ensure thoughtful product evolution that address lifecycle and adoption experience.
