As the IT Program Manager β Information Security at Erickson Senior Living, you will support the Chief Information Security Officer in managing and advancing the organization's cybersecurity programs. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with information security standards, leading security-related initiatives, and helping the enterprise mitigate risk through strong planning, communication, and project execution.
This position offers a hybrid work model based in the Baltimore area, with periodic on-site work and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

$125,000.00 - $145,000.00/ year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
