Job Overview:
We are seeking a Web Product Manager with strong e-commerce experience to lead the development and optimization of our digital storefronts and online product experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, and collaboration across design, marketing, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for web-based e-commerce products
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
Work with developers and designers to implement new features and improve UX/UI
Analyze user behavior and site metrics to inform product decisions
Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies
Optimize conversion rates and improve the customer journey
Write clear product requirements and manage project timelines
Coordinate A/B testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Strong understanding of online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
A user-first mindset with attention to detail
Preferred:
Background in UX/UI or digital marketing
Technical understanding of web development principles
