Role Overview

The Head of Product Delivery, HR Digital leads a large, global product delivery organization responsible for bringing HR Digitalโ€™s product vision to life.
This leader strategy into execution, overseeing the delivery of both SaaS platforms and customโ€‘built digital solutions across the enterprise.

The role sits on the HR Digital Leadership Team and operates at the intersection of:

  • Product Management โ€“ transforming vision, insights, and user needs into tangible HR products

  • Data & Intelligence โ€“ embedding analytics, decision intelligence, and AI into every solution

  • Technology โ€“ partnering to ensure enterpriseโ€‘grade architecture, integration, and scalability

This leader drives the operating model, delivery rigor, and AIโ€‘enabled execution capabilities required to transition HR into an integrated, systemic, productโ€‘led organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Delivery Leadership

  • Lead endโ€‘toโ€‘end delivery of HR digital productsโ€”across SaaS platforms and custom applications

  • Develop and execute delivery strategies that balance speed, quality, cost, and enterprise value

  • Drive portfolioโ€‘level prioritization to align delivery with the HR2030 vision and enterprise roadmap

AI Innovation & Enablement

  • Deliver systems, agents, automation, and work flows that deliver real business value

  • Ensure responsible AI governance, guardrails, and humanโ€‘inโ€‘theโ€‘loop mechanisms

  • Partner with Data & Intelligence to embed analytics, insights, and decisioning into products

Workflow & Experience Design

  • Redesign HR workflows to fully leverage AI, automation, and dynamic work design principles

  • Deliver integrated, endโ€‘toโ€‘end employee experiences that move from reactive service to proactive intelligence

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee Product Delivery Execution, Workflow Design, AI Enablement, and Digital Product Operations

  • Implement agile, intelligent delivery methodologies and predictive risk management

Crossโ€‘Functional Partnership

  • Build strong partnerships with Technology, Data, Product Management, and HR Centers of Excellence

  • Ensure seamless integration, technical excellence, and systemโ€‘wide alignment across digital products

People Leadership

  • Lead a large global team of delivery, workflow, AI enablement, and operations professionals

  • Build capabilities for the futureโ€”AI literacy, product thinking, automation, and advanced delivery skills

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and solution excellence

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in digital product delivery, technology delivery, engineering, or related domains

  • 8+ years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for enterpriseโ€‘scale implementations

  • Experience leading large global teams across geographies and time zones

  • Proven success delivering HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow) or comparable enterprise systems

  • Expertise in modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, product operating models)

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and automation, with experience applying these capabilities to business processes

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, APIs, and digital ecosystem design

  • Executiveโ€‘level stakeholder management and crossโ€‘functional leadership experience

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or other relevant field) preferred

  • Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, technology) preferred
