About the Teamย
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)โs mission is to reduce extended enterprise risk at Vanguard. We protect Vanguard through our stewardship of the third-party risk lifecycle and enable strategic, risk informed decisions.ย ย Within TPRM Strategy and Governance, the Technology Strategy team owns theย ServiceNow TPRM module, which enables Vanguardโs third-party riskย managementย lifecycleย -ย from onboarding through ongoing monitoring and governance.ย
As a TPRM Product Manager,ย you'llย play a key role in shaping how TPRM technology capabilities evolve, support enterprise transformation priorities,ย and deliver meaningful improvements in how Vanguard manages third-party risk.
This is a hands-on role with strong cross-functional exposure.ย You'llย work closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, architects, and delivery teams to continuously enhance TPRM capabilities and deliver solutions that simplify complex risk processes.ย

Core Responsibilitiesย
Ownย the roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for the ServiceNow TPRM moduleย ย
Translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes within the TPRM domainย ย
Prioritize enhancements, defects, technical improvements, and BAU work in partnership with IT delivery teamsย ย
Drive day-to-day product decisions across the TPRM module and its integrations with other enterprise systemsย ย
Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, Legal,ย andย othersย to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutionsย ย
Develop a deep understanding of user pain points and use data, feedback, and operational metrics to improveย productย experienceย ย
Define and monitor success metrics, adoption, and outcomes to ensure delivered capabilities achieve intended valueย ย
Identifyย opportunities toย leverageย workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern ServiceNow features to improve efficiency and user experienceย ย
Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new capabilitiesย ย
Champion Agile product management practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementย

Qualificationsย
Demonstrated experience owning enterprise productsย
Strong Agile product management experience with ability to translate strategy into executionย ย
Experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of technology capabilitiesย ย
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritizationย ย
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetย ย
Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence across a complex enterpriseย ย
Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholdersย ย
Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platformsย is a plusย ย
Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management or related domains is a plusย
