Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 per year, plus equity

Join a profitable, fast-growing data infrastructure company for the construction industry as a Technical Product Manager, building new products on top of infrastructure that took years to build and owning the full arc from idea to meaningful revenue.

What You'll Own

- Define what gets built by synthesizing signals from customers, the broader team, and the market to set product direction and sequencing

- Lead cross-functional execution, working daily with product analysts, engineers, and account executives from requirements through launch and customer rollout

- Go deep on customers, working directly with construction companies to understand workflows and uncover unmet needs

- Set and drive the roadmap, prioritizing ruthlessly across a portfolio of products

- Think in platforms, not features, ensuring every product makes the next one easier to sell and faster to build

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years of full-time experience at a software company in a data analyst, product, or other technical role

- A hands-on, technically grounded approach with real experience using APIs, databases, SQL, or comparable tools

- Comfort working with customers ranging from software engineers to executives at specialty contractors

- Genuine enthusiasm for working in person in San Francisco, 5 days a week

Nice to Have

- Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, including user interviews and product demos

- Basic accounting knowledge or construction industry familiarity

- Early-stage startup tenure on a data-dense or operationally complex product

- Prior founding PM or founding-team experience

This is a rare product leadership seat with proprietary infrastructure, a built-in distribution channel of 550+ paying customers, and direct reporting access to the CEO.
