This role is ideal for someone with 7+ yearsβ experience who is confident leading projects, mentoring others, and strengthening client relationships, without the bureaucracy that often comes with traditional senior roles.
Working collaboratively with the team, you will build your expertise in leading and delivering multidisciplinary projects, ranging from residential developments to small-to-medium scale commercial and industrial buildings, and civil structures.

What Weβre Looking For
β’ 7+ yearsβ structural engineering experience with CPEng preferred, ideally within New Zealand.
β’ Proven ability to lead projects and confidently work with clients.
β’ Strong design skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
β’ Familiarity with Canterburyβs construction environment and industry standards.
β’ A great communicator who brings energy, initiative, and a sense of humour to the team.
