Position Overview

HailSolve is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Program Manager to lead the growth and development of our Partner Program. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial real estate to help create and scale a high-impact referral channel in close collaboration with our Business Development and Marketing teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping the program's structure, expanding our referral network, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified client referrals to our organization.



Key Responsibilities:


Program Growth & StrategyΒ 

  • Grow and manage a referral partner portfolio of CRE professionals across the U.S.
  • Develop and improve outreach strategies to engage brokers, advisors, and other CRE professionals with qualified clientele
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and program goals

Partner Identification & Onboarding

  • Prospect and qualify new potential partners, focusing on those representing clients with industrial, retail, or office portfolios
  • Lead onboarding calls, manage documentation, and ensure partners understand how to participate and refer clients
  • Educate partners on HailSolve’s services, value proposition, and ideal referral opportunities

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners post-onboarding
  • Provide consistent touchpoints, updates, and referral support to maintain strong engagement
  • Travel to key markets (30-50%) to meet with partners and strengthen relationships
  • Represent HailSolve at industry events, broker meetings, and networking opportunities

Referral Management & Reporting

  • Ensure seamless handoff of referrals to the account management team and support qualification efforts
  • Track referral activity, maintain accurate partner records, and monitor performance trends
  • Report on partnership KPIs and gather feedback to improve and scale the program

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally with direct exposure to brokerage, asset management, or owner/investor relations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the CRE space
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in leading meetings with senior-level professionals
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet with partners and prospects (estimated 30-50% travel)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
  • Prior experience in partnerships, business development, or client success is strongly preferred
