About the Role:
Dragos isโฏseekingโฏan experienced, motivated, and creativeโฏStaffโฏProduct Managerโฏto join the Product teamโฏbuilding world-class ICS cybersecurity products.โฏYou will work closely with the product team,โฏleadership,โฏinternal stakeholders, and customers to drive an effective product roadmap usingโฏproduct discovery,โฏcustomer requests, internal requirements,โฏuse caseโฏvalidation, prioritization, definition, and execution for assigned products.โฏย
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for the Asset Management portion of the Dragos platform, focused on OT/ICS environments
- Translate customer needs and market trends into a clear quarter-over-quarter Assetย Management roadmap
- Drive the development and management of core features and capabilitiesโฏforโฏthisโฏkey product capabilityโฏ
- Engage directly with customers andโฏcustomer-facingโฏteams toโฏdiscover andโฏvalidateโฏuse cases, gather feedback, and iterate on product direction
- Represent Dragosโs perspective on OT Assetย Management to customers, analysts, and industry groups
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders toโฏidentifyโฏbusiness opportunities, clearly communicating solutions, costs, and business case justifications
- Make decisionsโฏregardingโฏprioritization,โฏtrade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Communicate product requirements with a clear business rationale to Engineering teams
- Independently measure, track, and provide plans to improve product KPIs, which will drive process improvements and future product enhancements
- Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development efforts
- Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy andโฏprovideโฏcompelling narratives for successful launch activities.
Qualifications:ย
- 7+ years of Product Management experience building or maintaining enterprise security products, with experience in cybersecurity, asset management, threat detection, endpoint security, or related security domains
- Strong understanding of asset management concepts, including asset inventory, asset management product architecture, system-of-record platforms, and cross-product passive, active, and integration architectures
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data
- Technical fluency with APIs, data models, asset graphs, and backend workflows to effectively partner withโฏEngineering
- Proven experience in creating product requirements that enable users toโฏderive valueโฏandโฏbuildsโฏcustomers' confidenceโฏandโฏtrust
- Provenโฏtrack recordโฏof delivering successful products, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing outcome-driven roadmaps, and backlog prioritizationย
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams including engineers and designers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, executives, customers, and partners
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics
- Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events
- Direct experience with OT environments - either on the customer side or experience having built or supported an OT security-related product (a plus)
