Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception through deployment. This role requires a strong background in systems development, cross-functional leadership, and executive-level communication. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing resources, guiding technical teams, and optimizing business processes to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide guidance and direction across multiple concurrent tasks and functional areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Program Oversight: Review and evaluate all work performed under the program to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with established standards and policies.
• Resource & Budget Management: Manage and control program budgets, staffing, and other resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all program activities adhere to internal management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Direction: Offer technical leadership in defining problems, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions for complex systems.
• Executive Advisory: Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership on system improvements, business process optimization, and long-term maintenance strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex programs or projects across multiple functional areas.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of systems development, integration, and deployment.
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience advising executives and senior stakeholders on technical and strategic matters.

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, information systems, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certifications (preferred):

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
