Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, outcome-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, execution, and growth of AccurateWatch, Accurate Backgrounds next-generation continuous monitoring platform. This role will be responsible defining and delivering a centralized, self-service monitoring experience that unifies monitoring programs across multiple risk domains, industries and customer segments. 

As a Product Manager for AccurateWatch, you will drive the evolution of a market-leading platform that helps organizations proactively identify workforce and compliance related risks through ongoing monitoring of driver records, professional licenses, sanctions, criminal and other post-hire risk indicators. You will play a critical role in transforming traditionally fragmented monitoring solutions into a seamless, scalable platform experience that delivers actionable intelligence, operational efficiency, and enterprise grade solutions. 

This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, customer-centric discovery, product execution, go-to-market leadership, and cross-functional influence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex customer and regulatory problems, and has a proven track record of delivering enterprise grade service-based products from concept through scale.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AccurateWatch continuous monitoring platform. 
•    Develop long-term platform strategies that support business growth, market expansion, and customer retention objectives. 
•    Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities, create competitive differentiation, and increase customer adoption and engagement. 
•    Translate strategic objectives into clearly defined product initiatives, epics, requirements and measurable outcomes, managing priorities and investment based on customer value, business impact, risk mitigation and strategy. 
•    Partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture and Data teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and high-performing platform capabilities. 
•    Act as a product ambassador across the organization, communicating vision, priorities, progress and outcomes to leadership. 
•    Partner with Sales, Marketing and Solutions to develop sales enablement and go to market efforts to unlock growth opportunities. 
•    Lead customer discovery activities including interviews, Voice of Customer sessions and jobs to be done research. 
•    Develop deep expertise in customer workflows, compliance requirements, industry regulations, and risk management practices. 
•    Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and industry trend evaluations to identify market opportunities and product investments.
•    Partner with and build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, Operations, and Account Management teams to capture customer feedback and emerging needs. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. 
•    Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights, business case development, and customer feedback.
•    Drive alignment among stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and business objectives. 


Required Qualifications:

•    Must have HR Technology experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 
•    5+ years of Product Management experience managing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or technology solutions. 
•    Demonstrated experience leading products from discovery through launch and scale. 
•    Strong understanding of product management methodologies, Agile development, and roadmap planning. 
•    Experience conducting customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and product validation. 
•    Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and business outcomes. 
•    Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
•    Highly analytical with experience using data to inform prioritization and product decisions. 
•    Experience working in cross-functional environments with Engineering, UX, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Experience in the background screening, workforce screening, compliance or continuous monitoring solutions. 
•    Experience building workflow, compliance, HR technology, workforce management or risk management products. 
•    Knowledge of regulated industries including transportation, healthcare, staffing, financial services, or enterprise workforce management. 
•    Experience developing self-service platform experiences. 
•    Experience supporting Go-To-Market activities, product launches and sales enablement initiatives. 
•    Master’s Degree.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,000 - $145,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.  This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
