About the Role:Β We are seeking an exceptionally capable Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for a recent graduate with a strong foundation in business operations, program execution, and financial alignment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to drive strategic initiatives that power quarterly planning, portfolio management, and engineering operations at scale. You’ll be instrumental in building and managing the connective tissue across functions β€” helping us allocate resources effectively, align to corporate OKRs, and ensure capitalizable programs are identified and tracked properly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and support quarterly and long-range planning cycles across engineering portfolios
  • Partner closely with FP&A and accounting teams to manage capitalizable software efforts
  • Own and continuously improve resource and capacity planning models across multiple teams
  • Lead intake and prioritization processes for engineering programs
  • Maintain and evolve program dashboards, status reports, and executive communications
  • Analyze, present, and communicate program performance through advanced Excel models and visual presentations
  • Support portfolio reviews and OKR alignment cadences across departments
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, business operations, or strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of software capitalization principles and experience partnering with finance on CapEx/OpEx distinctions
  • Familiarity with quarterly planning processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and program lifecycle management
  • Advanced Excel skills β€” including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, array formulas, and what-if analyses
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides with clear, executive-level storytelling abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced tech environment
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or portfolio management tools (e.g., Aha!, Asana, Airtable)
  • Prior work involving collaboration with FP&A, engineering, or accounting teams
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker
