About NQS
NQS is on a mission to transform healthcare data to drive clinical excellence and financial integrity. Our cloud-based platform empowers hospitals and health systems to unlock the full value of clinical data, improving patient outcomes, capturing missed revenue, and enhancing operational performance. As an early-stage, high-growth company, we have a strong foundation of hospital customers and a dedicated, purpose-driven team. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the next generation of our registry-powered revenue cycle management (RCM) software.

About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at NQS, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the roadmap for our products that bridge the gap between clinical data, registries, and revenue cycle management. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical operations, and customer teams to deliver intuitive software that simplifies complex workflows, enhances outcomes, and helps hospitals capture the full value of their care.

This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare RCM, strong product management expertise, and a keen eye for user experience design. You will need to balance strategic long-term vision with the tactical execution required to meet customer and business needs, while also maintaining flexibility to pivot as necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Continuously enhance and improve existing products by refining workflows, simplifying user experiences, and adding high-value features that align with customer needs.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, informed by customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Balance short-term product needs with long-term strategy, making informed trade-offs to ensure focus on high-impact work.
  • Engage with hospital customers, revenue cycle leaders, and internal stakeholders to understand their pain points and workflows.
  • Simplify complex clinical and financial data challenges into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, including user interviews, prototypes, and experiments to validate ideas before development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to inform product strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare SaaS environment.
  • Strong domain expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM), including charge capture, claims, denials, and hospital financial workflows.
  • Proven success in building and delivering complex products end-to-end in an agile environment.
  • Experience with data-driven products and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on data architecture and analytics requirements.
  • Strong UX and design sensibility, with the ability to transform user problems into simple, usable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with clinical registries, clinical data standards, or revenue integrity solutions.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and integrations.
  • Prior experience with early-stage companies or developing 0β†’1 products.

Why Join NQS?

  • Build market-leading technology that improves patient care and hospital performance.
  • Work in a collaborative, mission-driven culture with passionate teammates.
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
  • Opportunity to influence the direction of a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
