Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing short and long-term product management plans. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer. Job expectations include leading the management and development of products and ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

We're continuing to evolve and modernize our Credit Operations platforms with a focus on improving workflow efficiency, automation, reporting, and systemic controls. To support this ongoing work, we're looking for experienced Senior Product Managers to help lead critical platform enhancements across our credit ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
  • Develops long and short-term product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
  • Leads a team responsible for developing plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
  • Instills a culture of continuous improvement and effective risk management
  • Lead product strategy across key components of the credit operations platform - workflow orchestration, automation, reporting & control frameworks
  • Own E2E product lifecycle from problem framing and roadmap definition to requirements, testing, & delivery
  • Translate business problems into product roadmaps & requirements ensuring solutions are well-defined, testable, and value driven
  • Drive cross-functional solutioning, collaborating closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and data teams to ensure scalable and complaint solutions
  • Define and measure product success using KPIs and user feedback to inform continuous improvement strategy
  • Develop detailed business & functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for core platform capabilities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to understand user pain points to enable intuitive, efficient, and compliant workflows
  • Mentor & guide junior product managers contributing to a high performing and collaborative product culture
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture & broader capability strategies
  • Coordinate across platform teams supporting intake/ideation, governance, and execution status.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strategic planning/ product management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with breadth of view
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • People and project management skills and abilities
  • 10 years of product management experience ideally within commercial operations banking
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross functional transformation initiatives in regulated environments
  • Strong experience with workflow platforms, business process automation, and control frameworks
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort navigating both strategic planning & detailed execution
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies and tools
