Work Arrangementββ:
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Technical/Innovation Center in Mountain View (CA), Austin (TX) or Warren (MI) three times per week, at minimum. This position can be located at either of these 3 locations.
The Role:
The Senior Product Manager β Digital Service Solutions is responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization of productΒ initiatives through which we enable our customers to anticipate, understand, schedule, and manage service for their GM vehicle. This includes conducting market research and competitive analysis, monitoring and analyzing user and usability data, and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure the successful launch of new products and the optimization of existing ones. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, people leadership, creative and critical thinking to identify problems and define solutions, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products that drive business results and exceed customer expectations.
This role reports to the Group Product Manager β Digital Service Solutions.

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.
The salary range for this role is $131,000 to $202,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
