This role as a Senior Product Manager is responsible for making our financial institutions successful with using Premium Treasury Pricing on PrecisionLender, Q2βs relationship pricing and profitability platform.Β Β

The Job At-A-Glance:Β
In this position you will be responsible for understanding the needs of large financial institutions as it relates to commercial loan pricing, treasury pricing, deposits, commercial cards and other income. You will work with multiple engineering teams to create features and functionality that deliver best in class opportunities for treasury management officers, relationship managers and accountholders.Β Β
Youβll meet directly with customers, software engineers, sales and success leadership to ensure we are prioritizing the most extensible and innovative initiatives for our business.Β
You will use your expert knowledge of commercial pricing and profitability, the financial industry, and our business to improve our product.Β Β
You will collaborate with others in the organization to create and defend a strategy and roadmap for the premium treasury pricing module of PrecisionLender.Β
You will know how to determine what success looks like for a project and be able to tie it back to the companyβs goals.Β
You will be empowered to listen to our clientsβ needs and act on them.Β
Youβll partner closely with engineering to understand technical trade-offs. Youβll partner closely with UX to understand user trade-offs.Β Β
Youβll proactively identify patterns/trends/opportunities as it relates to PrecisionLender.Β
Youβll be expected to perform research, communicate value and vision, and track the success of your initiatives.Β Β

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Hereβs What Weβre Looking For:
Typically requires a Bachelorβs degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience
7 + years of relevant SaaS or Financial Services experience relating to Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Ownership, or Software Engineering is preferredΒ
3 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in commercial pricing and profitability or treasury management is preferredΒ
A desire to lead as a senior member of the teamΒ
Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases
Experience working with Jira, Aha, Confluence, Excel and PowerPointΒ
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
