Lead the product launch and lifecycle strategy, with a strong focus on regulatory environment for a class III medical device
Act as a global coordinator with Sales, Market Access/Contracting, Medical Education, R&D, Regulatory, Scientific Affairs, Operations, Demand and Supply Planning and Customer Service to ensure successful execution of the product strategy.
Serve as the primary product expert, supporting the field sales force and distributors with technical, clinical, and competitive knowledge.Β Β Β Β
Develop and deliver training and certification programs for sales teams, distributors, surgeons, and KOLs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, including site visits, training labs, and advisory board facilitation.
Create marketing and educational content aligned with scientific messaging and clinical data.
Represent the company at major conferences, surgeon meetings, and industry events globally.
Travel extensively (50β70%) to support field and marketing activities, product trainings, and strategic engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Masterβs degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBAdegree a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management for spine arthroplasty.
Deep understanding of the cervical spine market.
Demonstrated experience managing a class III device launch.
Prior experience in sales or a strong commercial background is highly preferred.
Proven ability to develop relationships and engage effectively with surgeons and KOLs.
Strong project management communication and presentation skills
