Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Axiado, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven platform security and system management solutions by leading the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through launch and beyond. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, market insight, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative hardware and software products that redefine security at the silicon level. You will be the voice of the customer, translating complex requirements into actionable plans, and ensuring successful execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap in close collaboration with product marketing, engineering, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
• Author clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for both hardware and software features, incorporating technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive timely and high-quality delivery, making informed tradeoffs and prioritization decisions based on technical feasibility and business impact.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, tracking requirements, feature requests, and bugs, while balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and field teams to gather feedback, validate use cases, and ensure the product roadmap reflects real-world needs and opportunities.
• Champion the voice of the customer across the organization, advocating for usability, reliability, and performance in every phase of development.
• Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Axiado’s offerings.
• Support sales and business development efforts by providing product expertise, product training, and assist product marketing with customer-facing materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and executive teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained market traction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (advanced degree or MBA a plus).
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in semiconductor products.
• Solid understanding of chip architecture and complex SoCs.
• Experience with B2B enterprise customers in data center, telecom, or edge markets.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles for both hardware and software, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience writing detailed PRDs, with the ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize features and manage trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong customer orientation with experience gathering feedback, validating requirements, and influencing product direction based on real-world use cases.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and executive teams.
• Familiarity with go-to-market planning, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML, cybersecurity, or platform security technologies is highly desirable.
