Sigma Systems is currently looking for an IT Program Manager ERP financial transformation
40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes
- This role owns end-to-end program delivery, including governance, roadmap development, and execution.
- You will lead cross-functional teams through complex lifecycles, ensuring alignment with pharma regulations and the IT operating model.
- This role requires close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing.
- Responsibilities include managing program scope, communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing regular updates to IT and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Finance, or a related field, a PMP (or similar certification), and has a proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and leading large-scale programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
