Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Drive initiatives across Product, Sales, Client Success, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
- Identify and manage cross-functional impacts, dependencies, and collaboration challenges.
- Align programs with business priorities, customer commitments, and internal capacity.
Strategic Program Development
- Translate loosely defined needs into structured, scalable initiatives.
- Challenge assumptions and uncover root problems to deliver more meaningful outcomes.
- Lead with curiosity and help teams balance flexibility with delivery discipline.
Agile & Hybrid Governance
- Promote agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate per program.
- Support teams in choosing and sustaining the right methodology to ensure focus and momentum.
- Improve delivery maturity through lightweight governance, templates, and support.
Metrics, Reporting & Value Tracking
- Define and monitor KPIs by function (e.g., sales cycle time, onboarding speed, etc.).
- Track delivery health and business impact using dashboards and insights.
- Enable data-driven decision-making and strategic prioritization.
Change Enablement & Communication
- Lead rollouts of new systems, tools, and processes with effective documentation and training.
- Support adoption and change resilience across teams.
- Serve as a steady, empathetic presence during periods of ambiguity or transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Resource Planning
- Build trusted relationships across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Influence decisions with clarity, data, and contextual understanding.
- Help with resource allocation based on team strengths, bandwidth, and critical timelines.
Risk Management & Operational Support
- Identify operational, compliance, and delivery risksβand mitigate them proactively.
- Help resolve blockers that span teams, systems, or conflicting priorities.
- Provide administrative support for interdepartmental planning, training, and enablement needs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Proven track record of supporting strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skillsβespecially with senior leaders.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Experience across multiple business domains (Sales, Client Success, Finance, etc.).
- Degree or certification in business, project management, or related field preferred.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools and platforms to automate tasks and support decision-making.
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and energized by problem-solving and collaboration.
