Overview

CVP is seeking a Program Manager with Enterprise Content Management solutions (OpenText) experience in support of our federal healthcare client. This is a mature organization that effectively and efficiently serves scientific computing and informatics support needs of NIH.β€―Β 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of the Task Order Management Plan and manage resulting task activities following the HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC)β€―methodology.β€―Β 
  • Manage team members and provide direction in support of theβ€―OpenTextβ€―projectsβ€―Β 
  • Manage personnel,β€―operationsβ€―and financesβ€―for the life cycle of technology projects. Communication with all levels of management, personnel,β€―subcontractorsβ€―and client agency representatives.β€―Β 
  • Direct Agile principles and Demonstrated experience in the success of complex projects.β€―Β 
  • Responsible for the implementation of policies and goals of client by leading complex initiativesβ€―Β 
  • Manage Product Delivery Team and apply QA measures to the management and performance of the contract.β€―Β 

Qualifications

  • Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.Β 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science,β€―engineeringβ€―or related field.β€―Β 
  • 10+β€―yearsβ€―demonstratedβ€―ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner, both oral and written.β€―Β 
  • Experience leading large scale OpenText Enterprise Content Management Solutions
  • Expert knowledge of project development with estimating, scheduling, and tracking project life cycles, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.β€―
  • Experience with managing large implementations of the OpenText platform (Federal sector experience preferable)Β 
  • Experience with document-centric workflows and large-scale digitizationΒ 
  • Knowledge of OpenText suite of applications, particularly, OpenText Content Server, OpenText Documentum, and OpenText AppWorksΒ 

Desired Skills

  • Possess leadership/managerial experience at the National Institute of Health.β€―Β 
  • Knowledge and experience with NIH processes, procedures, technologies, and applications are a strengthΒ
