Description

The Program Manager will oversee the successful delivery of the project. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and strategic decision-making to ensure our client adopts a solution that effectively addresses user needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Ensure all objectives are met within the defined timelines, on budget, and quality standards.

  • Guide clients through the assessment of current systems, identifying areas for improvement to better support end-users and address operational challenges.
  • Assist clients in the selection, planning, and implementation of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth transition.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation to ensure future system procurement aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with client leadership and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and third-party service providers to support transparent communication and accountability.
  • Conduct engagement sessions to identify pain points and gather functional and technical requirements for system enhancements.
  • Analyze system changes to assess their impact on performance, compliance, usability, and organizational readiness.
  • Guide clients through the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption and successful adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with established project governance frameworks, regulatory standards, and internal quality controls.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions to surface pain points and define clear, actionable requirements for system improvements or new solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage service delivery, ensuring that all project milestones, budgets, and timelines are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of a sustainable Quality Assurance (QA) strategy for long-term system performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics and resolve challenges through strong communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, 8+ proven years’ experience in Program management, preferably in a consultive environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-project programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of program management frameworks, project lifecycle management, and risk management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and process improvement
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Experience working with vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
