SoundOff Signal is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to continue driving our corporate growth with innovative new product launches that integrate all facets of engineering disciplines into new products⦠including product design, hardware, embedded   software, and application software.
General Position Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of product development initiatives, from concept through launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, embedded software and software engineering, product management, marketing, finance, quality and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Β

Responsibilities
Manage new product launches which integrate hardware, embedded software and application software into the product design
Develop and maintain launch timing (including scope creep/change), program financials and budget, and manage cross functional teams for multiple projects of varying size and scope
Facilitate cross-functional team communication and Β Β collaboration, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to the SoundOff Signal Product Development Process, quality standards and processes throughout the product development lifecycle
Manage external suppliers and strategic partners as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development processes
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
5-8 years of proven experience in program or project management, specifically in launching products with integrated embedded Β Β software and/or software applications
Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
Ability to work autonomously, with little guidance, while managing multiple projects simultaneously⦠large and small
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across all Β Β levels of the organization
In-lieu of industry knowledge, applicant must have a Β Β passion to learn and desire to attend conferences and/or trade shows Β Β as-needed
Β·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SmartSheet, Jira, Jama or Β Β equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired Β Β

Role is predominantly in-office. A hybrid role could be considered in Β Β certain scenarios (2-3 days/week in-office)
Some travel may be required, both domestic and Β Β international
