Career Opportunity Description:
The Product Owner at eHealth Technologies operates as the CEO of the products they are assigned. They carry end-to-end accountability for the success of those products β not just for the delivery of features, but for the outcomes those products produce in the market, the experience customers have with them, and the commercial results they generate for the business. Where the product succeeds, the Product Owner is the person responsible; where it falls short, the Product Owner is the person who owns the gap and drives the fix.
This role requires a whole product mindset. The software itself β the generic product β is only one component of what customers actually buy and adopt. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the whole product is in place: the core technology together with everything customers need to realize value from it, including documentation, training, onboarding, customer support readiness, sales enablement, implementation services, integrations, security and compliance posture, partner and vendor coordination, pricing and packaging, and the internal operational processes that surround delivery. When a gap in the whole product would undermine adoption, retention, or outcomes, the Product Owner is accountable for surfacing it and driving it to resolution β even when the work sits outside the engineering team.
Acting as the voice of the customer and the steward of business value, this individual owns and prioritizes the product backlog, defines acceptance criteria, and drives alignment between stakeholders and development teams. In parallel, they manage sprint cadences, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. They are accountable both for the right product being built and for the right conditions being in place around it for that product to succeed once delivered.
This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing, requiring strong communication, organization, follow-through, and the executive judgment to make trade-offs across competing demands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, balances strategic thinking with operational rigor, and embodies a servant leadership mindset aligned with company values.
