Product Owner

Define the product vision and manage the product development process for all software and serve as the voice for the users

• Develops, owns, and executes the product roadmap
• Develops scope and defines backlog items that guide the software development team
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and facilitating the acceptance of the work generated by the development team
• Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
• Acts as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders
• Keeps stakeholders informed of the status of the product
• Responsible for organizing the beta testing efforts
• Planning the rollout of the software
• Analyzing the impact of the software to the business and end users

Required:

• High degree of organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with team members and end users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Familiar with internal programs and tools
• An understanding of Agile methodologies 
• Civil PE License
• Experience in customer service, sales, or finance
