Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager (IC5) to help drive the evolution of our Identity and Security platform. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that improve how users, applications, and services securely access Oracle’s global cloud infrastructure.Β 

This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex problems around access control – authentication, authorization and security monitoring while delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to use. You’ll work across internal and customer-facing teams to shape roadmaps, define product capabilities, and deliver key security primitives used across the Oracle ecosystem.Β 

We’re looking for an experienced product leader with a strong background in platform or infrastructure product management. Prior experience in Identity or Security is helpful but not a must. Success in this role requires strong writing, clarity of thought, cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action.Β

Responsibilities
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for Identity & Security services such as authentication, authorization, identity governance and security monitoring.Β Β 
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, legal, compliance, and security teams to design and deliver scalable, secure features.Β 
  • Drive adoption and rollout of platform features across Oracle internal teams and customer-facing applications.Β 
  • Write high-quality PRDs, user journeys, and cross-functional docs to drive clarity and consensus.Β 
  • Mentor other product managers to raise the product management bar across the org

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
