Description

Oracle’s Corporate Identity & Security team is seeking a Principal Product Manager (IC4) to lead critical initiatives that strengthen the way Oracle engineers and customers securely access infrastructure and services. This is a cross-functional role focused on driving clear outcomes across internal and external platforms.Β 

You’ll collaborate with engineering, IT, security, and product stakeholders to define technical requirements, write clear product docs, and deliver scalable solutions. Key areas of ownership include standardizing authentication and security for critical applications.Β 

We’re looking for product managers with strong communication, documentation, and execution skills. While prior experience in identity and security is helpful, we value product thinkers who can work across complex domains, learn quickly, and drive impact through clarity and collaboration.Β

Responsibilities
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps for authentication and access initiatives across internal and customer-facing systems.Β 
  • Collaborate with engineering to design and implement solutions that improve user experience, automation, and compliance.Β 
  • Own the product lifecycleβ€”requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder alignment, delivery tracking, and customer feedback loops.Β 
  • Lead adoption and rollout efforts for authentication, and Secure-by-Default initiatives across Oracle applications.Β 
  • Support security controls for service users, including vaulting, access policies, and operational guardrails.Β 
  • Write high-quality PRDs, user journeys, and cross-functional docs to drive clarity and consensus.Β

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
