We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Product Manager to join our nimble Product Team. This role will contribute to our product suite, which includes our proprietary data offerings, front-end platform, and integrations with DSPs/SSPs/Publishers. What You'll Do:
Product Development & ManagementΒ Β
Drive product strategy and execution across assigned focus areas, which may include our front-end platform and/or proprietary data offeringsΒ
Define clear product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with analytics and engineering to deliver high-quality product enhancementsΒ
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and user adoptionΒ
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvementsΒ
Use AI tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate ideation and communication of product conceptsΒ
Develop a deep understanding of user needs and workflows to inform product iterationsΒ

Market & Technology ExpertiseΒ
Understand and contribute to our ID-free strategy, a key growth area for the companyΒ
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data delivery and activation through partner platformsΒ
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the AdTech ecosystemΒ
Work effectively with DSP partners like The Trade Desk to optimize integration of Proximic's offeringsΒ

Cross-Functional CollaborationΒ
Collaborate effectively within our small product team, being flexible about responsibilities as needs evolveΒ
Partner with account management and sales teams to understand client needs and gather feedbackΒ
Work with analytics to develop insights that drive product decisions and improvementsΒ
Coordinate with marketing to develop materials that showcase our capabilities to the marketΒ

What You'll Need:
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or data platformsΒ
Strong problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex challengesΒ
Experience in at least one of these areas: user-facing products with a focus on UX, or data product managementΒ
Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystemΒ
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersΒ
Comfort with modern product development tools and methodologies, including AI-assisted workflowsΒ
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceΒ

Experience at the intersection of data products and user experience designΒ
Knowledge of audience data, cookieless/ID-free targeting solutions, and privacy regulationsΒ
Experience with rapid prototyping tools to communicate product visionΒ

Experience working directly with DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platformsΒ
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesΒ
The salary range for this position is $115,000 β $130,000; commensurate with location, experience, and qualifications.
