Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and continuously refine internal UX and workflows for DXC operators, with a focus on usability, scalability, and task efficiency.
  • Deliver intelligent, contextual AI-powered insights, alerts, and recommendations to elevate operational productivity and consistency.
  • Ensure tools and dashboards are tailored to the needs of service engineers, analysts, and account teams, supporting their real-world workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed GenAI and agentic AI into daily activities, operational playbooks, and troubleshooting flows.
  • Balance advanced functionality with simplicity, driving adoption and ease of use across varied technical user personas.
  • Partner with governance, enterprise architecture, and IT security teams to implement role-based access controls, workflow authorization, and audit mechanisms.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, and service owners to deliver features in alignment with agile development cadences and DXC’s operational strategies.

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record supporting internal tools, developer platforms, or enterprise IT operations solutions.
  • Deep empathy for technical users from frontline engineers to senior service delivery leaders and a history of delivering products that make their jobs easier and more impactful.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing internal dashboards, observability tooling, workflow engines, or ITSM platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks, intelligent workflow tools, and GenAI enabled systems such as AI agents, copilots, or recommendation engines.
  • Proven ability to work across engineering, security, operations, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, and role-sensitive solutions.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to capture complex operational needs and translate them into intuitive product features.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments, driving iteration and continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,100 - $135,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
