Job Overview:
We are expanding our product team and looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our Cloud Fax solutions – a critical component of enterprise messaging infrastructure. You’ll work closely with global development, operations, and customer-facing teams to evolve our portfolio and deliver reliable, compliant solutions on enterprise-level to regulated industries.

What you'll do

• Define and drive product strategy by aligning market, customer, and internal insights into a clear product vision, scope, and roadmap.
• Manage and groom the product backlog by translating high-level strategy into actionable user stories and features for agile development.
• Acting as the product owner and voice of the customer in cross-functional product development teams.
• Align and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and scalability in close collaboration with R&D, Tech, PMM, and GTM stakeholders.
• Analyze customer needs and, together with PMM, define market requirements to identify growth, innovation, and differentiation opportunities.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and GTM, balancing short-term delivery and long-term product value.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond — tracking performance, adoption, cost optimization, and scalability.
• Support internal readiness and external enablement through product documentation, use case definition, and go-to-market content in collaboration with PMM. 

What you'll need

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Consultant role
• Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions in the areas of messaging, email, supply chain, or document processing preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated enterprise environments
• Familiar with agile methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle workflows
• Strong analytical mindset and technical affinity
• Excellent communication skills (German is a plus)

This position offers a salary between $110,000 and $160,000 annually.
