Senior Product Manager
CFS Brands is seeking a Product Manager with experience in janitorial and sanitation supplies to support the continued growth and success of our Premium line of Sparta and Color-Coded Cleaning Tools portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Divisional Lead, this role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of assigned product lines - from strategy and development to commercialization and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of market trends, product positioning, and cross-functional leadership to drive product performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes the strategic plan for the assigned product portfolio to support company annual growth objectives.
  • Leads the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including voice-of-customer research, pricing, positioning, and end-of-life planning.
  • Conducts regular market and competitor analysis to ensure products remain innovative, differentiated, and best-in-class.
  • Partners with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions on time and within budget.
  • Defines multi-generational product roadmaps and prioritizes initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Provides input into financial planning and forecasting for assigned categories, collaborating closely with finance and supply chain on profitability, margin, and ROI analysis.
  • Supports sales and marketing with product training, collateral development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensures pricing is competitive and aligned with market expectations while achieving profitability goals.
  • Builds strong relationships across the organization and acts as the category champion internally and externally.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.Β Β 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, and/or related commercial facing engineering roles.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Prior experience in janitorial/sanitation, specifically color coding or similar industries strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HAACP in food plants and food service back of house operations.
  • Experience working inside a company that practices lean or six sigma continuous improvement practices is preferred.Β

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • Up to 25% travel to customers is required, including routine visits to Oklahoma City, OK, and Lodi, NJ every 4–6 weeks, in support of corporate initiatives.Β
