AVP, Product Manager β Investor Information Systems

SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategicΒ Salesforce Product ManagerΒ to lead initiatives focused on theΒ investor lifecycleΒ across bothΒ institutional investorsΒ andΒ employee co-investment programs. This role is ideal for a product leader with deep domain expertise in alternative assets, investor operations, and Salesforce platform capabilities. You will drive the roadmap for investor-facing systems, champion scalable solutions, and ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Vice President, Investor Information Systems
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as theΒ Product OwnerΒ for Salesforce and related investor systems, with a focus on lifecycle management, onboarding, reporting, and co-investment operations.
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of enhancements to support investor onboarding workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investor Services, Employee Co-Investment IR, and Finance & Accounting to define and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate complex fundraising workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
- Manage project plans, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communications for Salesforce and reporting tool enhancements.
- Promote best practices in Salesforce configuration, data architecture, and user experience design.
- Support change management, training, and adoption strategies for new features and processes.
- Partner with Business Applications and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing support of investor-facing tools.
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of experience in technology roles, with a strong background in investor systems and fundraising operations.
- Deep understanding of investor data, capital lifecycle processes, and co-investment workflows.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Experience with data strategy, including aggregation, transformation, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with partnership accounting and alternative asset structures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Ability to translate business use cases into AI-powered solutions using Salesforceβs native intelligence features.
- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Master of Business Administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in theΒ alternative investment industry, particularly with institutional and employee co-investment programs.
- Salesforce certifications such asΒ Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Consultant.
- Familiarity withΒ compliance frameworksΒ andΒ data privacy regulationsΒ relevant to investor data.
- Experience implementingΒ AI and automationΒ within Salesforce to enhance investor engagement and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding ofΒ capital call processes, investor allocations, and fund structures.
- Prior experience working withΒ third-party investor portalsΒ or CRM integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across departments.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$190K - $210K
