Who you are:
As a Product Manager II, you will team with stakeholders to set the product strategy for a product area to meet business and customer needs. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues. What youβll do:
- Create, manage, and prioritize a product backlog to optimize stakeholder priorities and use of resources
- Collaborate with support teams to design solution architecture, understand operational impacts, and ensure that solutions meet stakeholder requirements
- Communicate with management and product stakeholders to demonstrate the product vision, business needs, and product roadmap
- Embed AI/ML and intelligent automation opportunities into workflow design, working closely with AI engineers and data analysts
- Communicate product strategy, value, and progress to stakeholders, executives, and frontline users
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What youβll need:
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, workflow transformation, or digital operations with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services including those on multiple channel sources
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross functional products with measurable efficiency or customer impact
- Proven ability to perform cost analysis, identify KPIs, and create financially sound strategies
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of banking operations and customer journeys, with experience simplifying or digitizing manual processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Skan.ai) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UI Path)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or equivalent BPM certification demonstrating expertise in process analysis, redesign, and end to end business process management
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Masterβs degree in Business, Finance, or in a related field
- Familiarity with agentic AI and its application in process automation and intelligent workflows
