We're looking for a Product Manager (or an aspiring Product Owner!) to join our development team. Youβll take ownership of one or two product segments, turning business needs into clear technical requirements, creating helpful documentation videos, and training our Sales & CX teams on how to best use our features.
Our sprints are fastβjust two weeksβbecause we believe in steady, incremental updates over long, drawn-out deployments. We need someone whoβs excited about understanding user interactions, communicating business goals to engineers, conducting thorough UATs, and producing clear, engaging training materials. Prior experience with CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or ERP products is required. This role is dynamic: half of your time will be maintaining the current product, while the other half focuses on new feature development. As a startup, youβll wear many hats, from joining demos and writing KB articles to supporting customer questions on Slack.
