We have an exciting and impactful opportunity for a Product Manager - Comparative Rater to join our growing Product Department!
In this position, you will play a critical role in managing business decisions and rules regarding comparative raters. Β You will be responsible for vetting new comparative raters, application programming interface (api) work, and prioritization. You will work with our portfolio managers to draft business requirements. We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented insurance professional with the drive and improve this experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, but equally capable of taking ownership and delivering independently.

Education:Β Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
Industry Experience:Β 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
Management Experience: 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects. Proven positive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage performance.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product life cycles.
Β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.
Communication Skills:Β Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectivelyβboth written and verballyβacross all levels of the organization.
Entrepreneurial Drive:Β Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and demanding environment.
Strategic Thinking:Β Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies informed by research, data, and industry trends.
