The Product Manager is responsible for managing the Commercial Product Portfolio by leading product development, enhancing the product portfolio value proposition, and executing the category strategy and go-to-market globally.Β
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops a deep understanding of the needs, especially the unmet needs, across various market segments.
- Develops new products from ideation to launch based on market insights. Build comprehensive business cases for each new product opportunity to prioritize investments.
- Manages and optimizes the product portfolio by introducing new products while rationalizing unproductive products. Accountable for the portfolioβs growth and profitability.Β
- Works closely with the regional marketing teams (North America and Europe) to ensure that the product portfolio addresses the different regional needs.
- Monitors the competition to ensure that the product portfolio remains competitive and differentiated.Β
- Ensures products meet global and local regulations and compliance requirements.Β
- Collaborates and aligns with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Purchasing, regional Marketing, Sales, Finance, and others.
- Collaborates closely with R&D to manage project timelines.

What you will need to succeed:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3 yearsβ experience in product marketing and product implementation and launch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive SKU-level decisions.
- Proven success in optimizing product lines for profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ability to reason and engage in reflective, independent thinking.
- Experience working in cross functional, international teams.Β
- Experience in learning and marketing highly technical products.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and proficiency in product management and data analysis tools
