Description

The Product Manager plays a crucial role to lead and our client in optimizing their existing system and planning for future system procurement. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and strategic decision-making to ensure our client adopts a solution that effectively addresses user needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

  • Guide our clients in assessing and improving their current system to better serve end-users and address immediate operational challenges.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation to ensure future system procurement aligns with clients’ goals.
  • Work closely with client leadership, and stakeholders to ensure well-informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Establish strong relationships with our client and service providers to foster trust and transparency.
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders to identify pain points and define functional requirements for system enhancements.
  • Ensure marginalized stakeholders, such as providers supporting vulnerable communities, have a voice in system improvements.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed system changes, identifying risks related to performance, compliance, and usability.
  • Support the client in selecting and transitioning to a new system, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Help design a sustainable Quality Assurance (QA) strategy that the client can manage independently post-implementation.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of services, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Navigate potential organizational challenges, which will require strong diplomatic, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure alignment and are on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, 8+ proven years’ experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Functional Consulting.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and process improvement
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in complex, sensitive environments and balance competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the client’s landscape
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Change management methodologies
