Product Manager β Business Intelligence
The Product Manager plays a critical role in our organization, responsible for driving the development and success of our BI solutions by defining and executing the product strategy. This role bridges technical execution with business value, ensuring scalable, user-centric solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new BI solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the BI product roadmap, aligning priorities with strategic goals and cross-functional inputs.
- Develop and execute a communication strategy to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders, from executive sponsors to end users.
- Provide clear, timely updates on product progress, priorities, and decisions via structured channels (e.g., sprint reviews, release notes, stakeholder updates).
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through direct user feedback, stakeholder input, market trends, and data analysis.
- Manage the full product lifecycle β from ideation and planning to development, rollout, and maintenance.
- Drive execution in collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex data needs into actionable deliverables.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team ceremonies within the Scrum framework.
- Analyze product performance and adoption metrics to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for end users by deeply understanding their needs and pain points to drive intuitive, high-impact solutions.
- Balance competing priorities and resource constraints while making informed, strategic trade-offs.
- Document and manage feature tracking, bugs, and releases in JIRAΒ or equivalent tools.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a data, analytics, or platform product domain.
- Experience owning a product roadmap and leading products from concept to launch.
- Strong familiarity with JIRA and Agile backlog management tools.
- Hands-on understanding of the Scrum framework, with experience leading sprint-based teams and cross-functional delivery.
- Background in data analysis or data engineering preferred β ability to understand technical constraints and data architectures.
- Strong, structured communication skills and experience building a communication strategy that drives alignment, transparency, and adoption across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated user empathy and customer-first thinking in product decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
- Data-driven mindset β comfortable using metrics, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to inform product direction.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Science); MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
