Β Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the product roadmap for digital experience and growth-related initiatives
- Improve onboarding, loan application flows, and self-service capabilities
- Use product analytics to identify friction points and prioritize improvements
- Collaborate with designers using Figma to develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces
- Manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-team collaboration through JIRA
- Work with stakeholders across departments to align on goals and prioritize features based on impact
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead acquisition and conversion
- Define and track success metrics to guide iterations and inform strategy
Qualifications:
- 3β5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or small business lending
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making
- Proficiency with JIRA for agile workflow management
- Experience collaborating with product design teams using Figma
- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs
- Demonstrated success launching customer-facing digital products with measurable outcomes
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of growth product levers (conversion, activation, retention)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory needs in lending
- Technical fluency or experience working directly with engineering teams
