Position Summary:Β
The Product Manager at Globus Medical plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation and market success within the musculoskeletal industry. This position is responsible for collaborating with management to develop strategic objectives, conducting market analysis, and overseeing product development from concept through post-launch. The individual will manage project timelines, coordinate design reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting the sales team, delivering clinical education, and providing on-site operating room support. Candidates should possess strong project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Β

Essential Functions:Β
Collaborates with management to establish strategic plans and objectivesΒ
Conducts market analysis to identify opportunities for new products and line extensionsΒ
Develops biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical data supporting product innovationΒ
Creates and manages project plans with engineering counterpartsΒ
Leads coordination of design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and team meetingsΒ
Ensures high-quality documentation of DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs per regulatory standardsΒ
Develops marketing plans for new product introductionsΒ
Creates sales tools and training collateral (technique guides, brochures, sales binders)Β
Forecasts and manages inventory needs in collaboration with operations and supply chainΒ
Monitors product performance via revenue, adoption, and customer feedbackΒ
Gathers post-launch insights from end users and field teams to guide future iterationsΒ
Supports the sales team with product positioning, demos, and value messagingΒ
Delivers clinical education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales representativesΒ
Provides direct on-site operating room support during surgical proceduresΒ
Acts as a field-based resource to resolve technical issues and reinforce proper technique useΒ
Serves as the voice of the customer, translating clinical feedback into actionable improvementsΒ

Qualifications:Β
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.Β
Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare preferredΒ
Demonstrated expertise in project management with strong communication skillsΒ
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives effectively, leveraging team and managerial supportΒ
Strong customer focus with a results-driven mindsetΒ
Willingness to travel up to 20%Β
