We Are Looking For

We are seeking a commercially savvy Product ManagerΒ to support the growth and execution of our product strategy across one of the following key technology areas:

  • Electromechanical Systems
  • Interconnect Solutions
  • Wire/Cable & HMP Products


This role will serve as a critical link between the Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams; focusing on aligning product portfolio performance with market demands, customer needs, and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle


What You’ll DoΒ 

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Β 

  • Support Product Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Manager, Product Management to implement product strategies across assigned product lines, aligning with company growth objectives
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with Sales teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales tools, and training materials. Act as a key product resource during customer engagements
  • Go-to-Market Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communications
  • Customer Engagement & VOC: Participate in voice-of-customer (VOC) activities, gather feedback, and translate market insights into actionable product or sales initiatives
  • Pricing & Competitive Intelligence: Support pricing strategies and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities and inform sales tactics
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key product sales metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support product availability, customization, and delivery needs related to sales opportunities


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or technical master’s degree is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in a product management, technical sales, or commercial role
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following product domains: Electromechanical assemblies, Connectors or interconnect technologies, & Wire & cable systems
  • Understanding of aerospace or industrial markets preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
