We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment in the product lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this individual will play a critical role in leading the transition of our app from beta to general availability (GA). This role requires exceptional project management skills, with a focus on execution, operational coordination, and delivering against timelines. In addition to product intuition, the ideal candidate will bring a disciplined, structured approach to managing day-to-day product development activities across teams.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the operational execution of product initiatives, ensuring all teams remain aligned on scope, priorities, and deadlines
  • Manage JIRA project configurations, boards, and workflows to support clear visibility and accountability across engineering, design, QA, and marketing
  • Manage planning, backlog refinement, and issue tracking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Coordinate the cross-functional delivery of product milestones as we move from beta to GA, including timelines, readiness checklists, release planning, and risk management
  • Write clear and actionable user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain accurate documentation to support development and QA
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager on roadmap development, capacity planning, and feature scoping
  • Partner with data and analytics stakeholders to define key metrics, monitor product performance, and generate insights that drive iteration
  • Track and report on product KPIs, user behavior, and experiment outcomes to inform day-to-day decisions and broader product strategy

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 3–5 years of experience in a product management or technical program management role, ideally in a consumer tech or mobile-first environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and product development processes, with a strong grasp of iterative product development
  • Deep experience managing JIRA projects and using it as a central tool for coordinating team efforts
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical fluency and comfort working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting GA product launches is a strong plus

Bonus Points if You Have

  • A love for music and an interest in shaping how people discover and engage with it.Experience leading end-to-end release programs, including QA coordination, regression testing, and launch readiness
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence or Notion in addition to JIRA
  • Exposure to mobile app analytics and A/B testing frameworks
  • Prior work on music, audio, or social products
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment where structure needed to be built from the ground up

What Makes You Eligible

  • Position is 100% Remote
  • You must be available for meetings and team interaction during typical continental US business hours.
  • Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestically and internationally.  
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Salary Ranges:

$ 87,750 - $ 128,700
