We are seeking aΒ Product ManagerΒ to own and drive product strategy and execution for a defined product area or set of capabilities within our portfolio. In this role, you will define product direction, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver outcomes that create measurable,Β client-centric value for ourΒ clients and the business.Β 

What You'll DoΒ 

  • Own product strategy and execution for your area, translatingΒ clientΒ and market needs into a clear roadmapΒ 

  • ChampionΒ aΒ client-centric approach, grounding decisions in directΒ clientΒ feedback, usage data, and real-world workflow understandingΒ 

  • Drive AI-driven productΒ management and development -Β idea through ship, using AI tools and methods to accelerate discovery, design, and deliveryΒ 

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data,Β Sales, Services, Support, andΒ ClientΒ Success teams to align priorities and deliver on commitmentsΒ 

  • IdentifyΒ opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, automation, analytics, andΒ clientΒ experience within your product areaΒ 

  • TranslateΒ client, market, and operational insights into actionable requirements and execution plansΒ 

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and adjacent product teams to ensure your roadmap fits into the broader platform and portfolio strategyΒ 

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap clearly to stakeholders,Β clients, and internal teamsΒ 

  • Support go-to-market efforts by helping define positioning, key benefits, and targetΒ clientΒ needsΒ 

ExperienceΒ 

  • 3+ years of product management experienceΒ in enterprise SaaS environmentsΒ 

  • Experience owning a product areaΒ and driving andΒ contributing to cross-functional initiativesΒ 

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven product managementΒ -Β using AI tools and workflows across the full lifecycle from ideation to shipped productΒ 

  • Comfort working with platforms, data, APIs, integrations, or workflow-heavy enterprise applicationsΒ 

  • Experience partnering with engineering and design to shipΒ productΒ incrementally with a client first mindsetΒ 

Domain ExpertiseΒ Β 

  • Experience with complex law firm operations, including financial, billing, timekeeping, or practice management workflowsΒ 

  • Experience as product management in a law firm is a +.Β
