We are seeking a Product Manager to support the digital transformation and productization of our consulting services into a proprietary technology platform. This role serves as the bridge between consultants, business analysts, and software developers, ensuring that our services are effectively mapped, standardized, and automated for scalability.
The Product Manager will combine analytical, technical, and product management skills to design workflows, translate requirements, and shape platform functionality that delivers value to clients while improving efficiency across the firm.
Process Mapping & Documentation: Gain a deep understanding of consulting services, document workflows, and identify opportunities for automation.
Requirements Gathering & Translation: Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to capture business requirements and convert them into actionable specifications.
System Design & Workflow Architecture: Define inputs/outputs, user interactions, and system integrations.
Collaboration with Developers: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the software engineering team, ensuring platform builds align with service needs.
Productization Strategy: Contribute to shaping consulting services into modular, repeatable, technology-enabled products.
Testing & Validation: Lead or support user acceptance testing, ensuring workflows meet requirements before release.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements and maintain platform alignment with evolving client needs.
Education & Experience
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masterβs preferred).
3β6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or workflow automation.
Experience collaborating with software development teams.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent documentation and communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual preferred).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Knowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms.
Project management skills; certification (PMP, Scrum, or Agile) a plus.
