Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager who can bridge business needs with technical execution. This role operates at the intersection of Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders, focusing on defining what we build and why. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships across the organization to understand challenges and priorities

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and negotiate scope when needed

  • Communicate updates, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to all levels

  • Own and maintain a strategic product roadmap balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility

  • Create and prioritize backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Collaborate with UX, architects, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality releases

  • Make clear prioritization decisions (“not now” vs. “no”) and explain reasoning

  • Define and track KPIs for all product initiatives

  • Conduct funnel, cohort, and user behavior analyses to inform decisions

  • Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product performance

  • Gather feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage analysis

  • Champion the end-user perspective in product discussions

  • Validate product ideas with real users before committing resources

Education, Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years in product management within software/technology

  • Proven track record of translating stakeholder needs into shipped products

  • Agile/Scrum experience including user stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies

  • Hands-on with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, survey platforms, and clickstream data

  • Cross-functional collaboration with UX, engineering, QA, and business teams

  • Data fluency with ability to pull reports, analyze, and tell stories with numbers

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate competing priorities and build consensus

  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail

  • Clear communication and organizational skills

  • High emotional intelligence and servant leadership mindset

  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, APIs, and modern development practices

  • Understanding of UX principles and their impact on user behavior

  • Startup experience preferred

  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap preferred

  • Background in hospitality, travel, or luxury consumer products preferred

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks preferred

  • Certifications to be completed within a year of employment (company-supported): Salesforce Administrator or equivalent, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Product Management certification (CPM, CSPO, or Pragmatic Institute), AI certification (AWS AI Practitioner, Google AI Essentials, or equivalent)
