You'll work with an experienced team of product managers as well as cross-functionally to provide a best-in-class revenue cycle solution.

We are seeking a highly organized Product Manager to champion operational excellence and ensure strict adherence to internal processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements across our entire product portfolio. In this role, you will streamline and optimize workflows, reinforce governance frameworks, and continuously refine best practices to drive quality, efficiency, and accountability in every stage of the product lifecycle.

Working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, compliance, and other key stakeholders, you will establish and maintain clear operational guidelines, implement robust reporting mechanisms, and monitor key performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement. By proactively identifying risks and ensuring alignment with industry regulations, you will safeguard product integrity, bolster customer trust, and facilitate smooth, on-time product launches. Your contributions will help cultivate a culture of excellence, positioning our product organization for sustainable growth and success.

Minimum Qualification:   

  • BA/BS/MA/MS in relevant backgrounds.
  • Proven 5+ years product management experience, preferably in cloud solutions, for enterprise level software applications 
  • Strong technical background through hands-on experience with software development lifecycle
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various lines of business 
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Coursework relevant to the Healthcare industry or a background in healthcare products, specifically RevCycle focused is a plus.
  • Experience in RevCycle space in or outside of the US is a plus

Responsibilities

Drive operational efficiency and optimize cross-functional processes across Engineering, Support, Sales, Partners, and UX teams. Implement streamlined workflows, maintain centralized documentation, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Coordinate release readiness according to OHRM guidelines, manage cross-functional sync meetings, and facilitate smooth execution of product releases. Maintain clear communication channels, foster strong collaboration, and leverage over five years of product management or related experience to enhance productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
