DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager who is an analytics technical subject matter expert to collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and production professionals to create and present outstanding content. This content may include webinars, workshops, self-directed training, short videos, technical labs, Q&A, other live content, or other digital media. This content may be for users, professional analysts, implementers, or internal Oracle audiences. This content will be created to target specific personas within core audiences.Β
Product Manager must act as subject matter expert (SME) and possess strong technical skills and attention to detail. The team must cover Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL, ML and Data Lake topic areas, with specific coverage of the OAC, OAS and FDI products. As a SME they will be responsible for the technical accuracy of training and video content, technical demonstrations, and question and answer sessions.Β The Product Manager should have hands on experience with the products and technologies, with actual solution experience preferred.Β Β
All training content must be informative, accurate, and useful for the target persona and audience. The objectives for this content are to accelerate user competence and improve implementation quality. These will increase user adoption and improve customer satisfaction. Content delivery must be professional and engaging with clear articulation. Key components for presenter success include empathy for the audience, understanding of their needs, and respect for their time.Β Β This includes crafting relevant scenarios and activities that match the needs of Oracle Analytics audiences and key customers.Β

Responsibilities- 8+ Years Engineering, Technical Product Management or Solution Architecture in Analytics or Big Data required. Oracle Solutions preferred.
- 5+ Years technical presentation experience. Training and Informational content preferred.
- Experience with OAC, FDI, Oracle BDS, ADW, and OCI
- Bachelorβs degree required. Masters preferred.Β Education in technical area preferred or equivalent work experience.Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert - Guide and evaluate information content. Help Instructional Design prioritize and identify content needs. Act as a principal technical reviewer for videos, and training.
- Act as a Technical Presenter and Instructor - Present technical trainings in-person and by webinars. Manage live question & answer sessions with accuracy and confidence.
- Act as a Principal Technical Reviewer - Give all content thorough technical review and accurate feedback. Coordinate with technical stakeholders doing external review and help integrate their feedback into the content.
- Be prepared to manage multiple stakeholders on projects - manage expectations, alignment and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced meetings, reports, statuses, reviews etc.
- Have a clear understanding of RACI and how it applies in each project.
- Be prepared to represent and articulate the needs of the content project to other internal stakeholders including product owners and engineering.
